Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting is seeking an experienced HRIS Delivery Lead in Singapore. You will own end-to-end module delivery, lead client workshops, drive solution architecture decisions, and develop junior talent, ensuring project quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 7–10 years of HRIS experience with a track record of at least 5 end-to-end implementations, plus strong leadership and stakeholder management. SAP SuccessFactors certification is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 7–10 years of HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated people management and team development capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of HRIS implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
• Lead module-specific workshops and align requirements with system capabilities.
• Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
• Serve as primary consultant for senior client stakeholders.
• Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams and mentor team members.
