Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting in Singapore is seeking a senior HRIS consultant who owns end-to-end module delivery and leads client workshops. You will drive solution architecture decisions, develop junior talent, and ensure project quality and timely delivery.

You will mentor team members, manage escalations, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver SAP SuccessFactors implementations across modules while maintaining QA standards and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HRIS experience with at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
• Proven people management and team development capability.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of HRIS implementations from initiation to go-live.
• Run client workshops and align requirements with system capabilities.
• Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
• Mentor junior consultants and oversee HRIS certification journeys.
• Maintain QA governance and project reporting.
