BLUE OCEAN SYSTEMS INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is urgently seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead implementations for Singapore clients.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. The role emphasizes hands-on techno-functional capabilities across SF/HCM modules and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaise with top clients and cross-functional teams for project delivery.

• Provide hands-on Techno-Functional input across HCM/SF modules in Singapore projects.
• Support on-site delivery and ensure successful roll-out for Singapore clients.

Urgent opening for SAP Successfactors Project Manager

Responsibilities

• As SuccessFactors Project Manager, you will be working and liaising with our top clients with cross-functional teams.
• Involve in the full process of data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design, strong project implementation in HCM modules, post-implementation support and roll-out.
• Identify, assess and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• You will work on implementation for Singapore clients for SuccessFactors

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience working in Singaporeconsulting environment
• Active hands-on Techno-Functional experience liaising with Singaporeclients HR team & customer fronting
• Very experienced function and/or technical skills in all areas of the HCM/SF modules in Singapore consulting environment in various industries
• Must be certified in any of minimum 2 SuccessFactors modules
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical & functional Solution Design
• Presales experience will be added advantage
• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Candidates have expertise in a SuccessFactors & SAP HCM implementation processes
• You should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
• You are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management. This role also requires functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training
• Must be presently in Singapore and able to work onsite
