Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a 1-year contract role in the utilities sector, based in the Kallang area, working Monday to Friday from 08:00–17:30 (or 08:30–18:00). The role involves processing applications, monitoring performance statistics, and preparing reports, with potential extension or conversion.

You should hold a Diploma in any discipline and have experience with Oracle EBS Portal or SAP with Outlook and/or Microsoft VBA; strong communication, independence, and MS

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required with good academic record.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite is essential.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS Portal or SAP is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Process CS1, CS5, CS6 and CS7 applications.
• Monitor performance statistics.
• Prepare supply applications performance and remittance reports.
• Tag tenant meters.
• Raise refunds for service quotations.
• Check and issue service connection quotations.
• Issue payment acknowledgement letters.
• Liaise with LEWs, customers and SPPG on supply application matters.
• Attend to enquiries via email and verbal communication.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with customers, LEWs and Principals.
