Job summary

INTEGRIX SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage SAP master data, spare parts data, vendor coordination and material master maintenance to support the Engineering team.

You will handle BOM in SAP, maintain material master, manage pricing, review inventory and reports, and work with regional stakeholders to align system requirements. This role offers an opportunity to optimize parts data quality and supply chain processes within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP systems; SAP S/4 experience is advantageous.
• Experience in spare parts, material master, inventory, service parts, pricing or supply chain operations.
• Strong Excel and reporting/data analysis skills.
• Comfortable working with large amounts of system and operational data.
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with regional stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Material master data preparation, coordination with vendors/OEM and prepare BOM in SAP system.
• Maintain material master and spare parts information in SAP, including creation, activation, changes and discontinuation of materials
• Manage and maintain spare parts pricing and price lists, including new and obsolete parts
• Review monthly spare parts movement, inventory and replenishment reports
• Analyse data to identify opportunities to improve fill rate, parts availability and just-in-time replenishment
• Generate and analyse operational reports to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
• Support continuous improvement of spare parts management processes
• Work closely with regional stakeholders and different business functions on system and operational requirements
