Job summary

SYSMEX ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a system administrator to manage CRM and ERP (MySAP/S4 CS) across the AP region, generate reports, and optimize spare parts management.

You will collaborate with Business Administration and Development to roll out marketing planning and implement improvements, with occasional overseas travel. Fleekdrive and nGCD data governance are part of daily tasks, requiring strong Excel and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience in SAP/ERP and CRM systems administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data management.
• Experience in spare parts management, material master maintenance or pricing administration is an advantage.
• Occasional overseas travel required.

Responsibilities

• Managing, administrator and improvement of the following Systems.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• ERP - MySAP/S4 - CS Module and Partial MM Module.
• Fleekdrive.
• New Global Communication Database (nGCD/AP-GCD).
• Spare Parts Management.
• Spare parts price list for new, obsolete, discontinued, etc.
• Ensure activation and deletion/changes for materials in ERP.
• Review report for spare parts movement monthly and improve on the fill rate and just in time replenishment concept.
• Establish pricing for new materials/spare parts.
• Preparation of complete updated spare parts price list monthly.
• Assumes additional related responsibilities and project as required by the Supervisor.

Key Job Purpose:

Key administrator for the AP region of the following:

For CRM, AP-GCD, Fleekdrive (E-library)

Streamline the Spare Part Management within Affiliates to optimize the customer satisfaction.
