Job summary

OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd is seeking a HRIS/ERP specialist for a 1 year contract in Singapore. The role involves coordinating Change Requests, validating SAP HCM ERP configurations, and supporting payroll interfaces and HR processes.

The candidate should have 3 years IT experience with at least 1 year in SAP ERP or HCM SaaS, strong planning/communication skills, and be available for an on-site role at Depot Road. A performance bonus may be offered based on client measures.

Qualifications

A Diploma or Degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent is required.
At least 3 years IT experience; 1 year SAP ERP or HCM SaaS preferred.
Knowledge of SAP HCM ERP and related HR processes is essential.

Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate Change Requests from requirements gathering through implementation with stakeholders and vendors.
Review business and system requirements, workflows, and interfaces for governance alignment.
Support test planning/execution including UAT, integration, regression, and training.
Coordinate CR approval processes and prepare documentation as needed.
Monitor Service Requests and System Incidents handled by the e-HR maintenance vendor for timely resolution.
Support risk, issue and change management with PM and Operations PM.
Collaborate with HR systems teams on enhancements, fixes, and maintenance tasks.
Perform data verification, profiling, extraction and rectification when required.
Provide analysis on operational/data issues and prepare reports and briefing materials.
Support payroll and allowances processes including interface processing and payments.
