Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an SAP HCM Functional Consultant to manage operations and support for HR processes including Recruitment and Benefits management. Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Engineering or equivalent.
Good knowledge of SAP HCM ERP.
Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Manage and ensure timely deliverables by the system Maintenance Vendor and track risks.
Coordinate and perform secretariat roles for meetings with stakeholders.
Oversee requirements gathering and design solutions with vendors.
Facilitate HR systems training for users.
Manage Change Requests and System investigations leading to timely resolutions.
Provide analysis and consultation to address operational issues and audit activities.
