Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
10+ years in HRTech consulting.
Multi-module expertise with proven pre-sales and solution ownership experience.
Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking capabilities.
Proven track record in people development and practice capability building.
SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design across HRIS modules.
Act as trusted advisor to CHROs, HR Directors, and C-suite stakeholders.
Lead pre-sales activities including demos, effort estimation, and proposals.
Oversee quality, scope, and risk across complex delivery programs.
Develop delivery frameworks, IPs, tools, and mentoring programs for the practice.
