REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites applications for a SAP Delivery Manager / Senior Manager to lead S/4HANA implementation projects from planning through go-live in Singapore and across ASEAN.

You will manage schedules, budgets and risks, collaborate with clients to design SAP solutions, and mentor delivery teams across Singapore, Malaysia, and offshore locations. The senior role adds business development, client meetings, and proposals to drive account growth.

Formación

• 10+ years SAP consulting experience, incl. 5+ years in implementation/rollout
• Led at least two full SAP implementations end-to-end
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience
• Strong knowledge of FI/CO, SD, MM, PP modules
• Experience managing multi-location teams and offshore vendors
• Experience in SAP business development or pre-sales, incl. proposals and cost estimation
• P&L responsibilities in project delivery
• Experience delivering SAP rollouts across ASEAN
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve project delivery

Location: Central, Singapore

Responsibilities

• Manager - SAP Project Delivery
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects from planning through go-live.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and propose appropriate SAP solutions.
  • Manage project teams across Singapore, Malaysia, and offshore locations.
  • Maintain effective client communication and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and key milestones.
  • Support system go-live activities and oversee post-implementation issue resolution.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants to support their professional development and project delivery capabilities.
• Senior Manager - SAP Project Delivery & Business Development
  • In addition to the Manager responsibilities above:
  • Identify new SAP business opportunities and potential clients across ASEAN.
  • Lead client meetings, prepare business proposals, and support contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for account growth and business expansion.
  • Oversee project profitability, budgets, and resource allocation to support commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and expand the company's SAP consulting business.
  • Support recruitment, team development, and capability building as the business grows.

Requirements & Preferences

• At least 10 years of SAP consulting experience, including a minimum of 5 years in SAP implementation or rollout projects, beyond support or maintenance activities alone.
• Proven experience leading at least two full SAP implementation projects as a Project Manager or Project Lead, from planning through go-live.
• Hands-on project experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of major SAP modules, such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP.
• Experience managing project teams across multiple locations, including offshore teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging directly with senior-level clients.
• Experience in SAP business development or pre-sales, including proposal preparation, project cost estimation, and new business acquisition.
• Experience managing project or account profitability, including profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
• Experience delivering SAP rollout projects across multiple countries, particularly within ASEAN.
• Experience collaborating with regional or global headquarters on SAP projects.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, trading, or electronics.
• Relevant SAP certifications or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with AI tools and process automation, particularly for improving project delivery and operational efficiency.
