Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Manager in Advisory with deep SAP experience to lead multi-site SAP MM solutions and S/4HANA transformations for regional clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape business processes, and drive complex ERP initiatives across real estate and infrastructure sectors.

You will mentor teams, ensure delivery excellence, and engage with clients to define value, manage risk and realize strategic outcomes while traveling within the region as required.

Qualifications

• A recognized bachelor's degree qualification.
• At least 6 years' relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, preferably with Real estate / large infrastructure projects experience.
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP MM.
• Experience in SAP MM Conversion, Implementation, Upgrade, Rollout.
• Minimum 2 end to end implementation projects experience.
• Workstream lead with knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with FICO/SD/EWM/PP/TRM/Ariba/SuccessFactors/Concur/SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Ability to build and maintain networks of client relationships and coordinate complex written and verbal materials.
• Ability to develop, implement and support complex business processes in an SAP environment.
• Strong problem solving skills and understanding of end-to-end business processes across multiple tech platforms.
• Proven leadership: team supervision, feedback, and coaching.
• Foster team collaboration across workstreams; travel flexibility within the region.

About The Role

About You

• Demonstrates ability as a workstream lead with extensive knowledge and understanding of SAP S/4HANA application-based solutions and proficiency in end-to-end integration with other functional modules e.g. FICO/SD/EWM/PP/TRM/Ariba/SuccessFactors/Concur/SAP Analytics Cloud
• Demonstrates success with identifying and addressing client needs by building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; and, preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials
• Ability to develop, implement and support complex business processes in an SAP environment
• Strong in problem solving skills and able to understand how business processes work and integrate in multiple technology platforms environment
• Ability to demonstrate strong abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
• Foster team collaboration within the workstream and across functional/technical teams
• Flexibility to travel in the region when required
