Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for an Order Fulfillment Officer (1 year contract) based in One North, Singapore, for a LIFE SCIENCE MNC.

You will handle purchase order processing, vendor sourcing, price checks, SAP-based orders, and delivery follow-up, with Mon-Fri office hours.

Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain with 1 year of related experience; salary up to SGD 3,000 per month; contract ends after 12 months.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or Business with at least 1 year of order processing experience.
• Experience using SAP for purchase orders and vendor communication.
• Willingness to handle ad-hoc duties and backup teammates.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders using SAP and ensure approvals daily.
• Review requisitions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify vendors, obtain quotes, compare prices, and select vendors.
• Update price lists and onboard new vendors.
• Negotiate terms with vendors to improve pricing.
• Track deliveries and expedite as needed; respond to inquiries.
• Back up team members during leave.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties.
