Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to support end-to-end procurement, governance, contract administration and supplier performance in a fast-paced Singapore setting. You will partner with internal stakeholders, drive process improvements, ensure policy compliance, and manage SAP Ariba activities across the procurement lifecycle.

A diploma or degree in business or supply chain with excellent analytical and communication skills is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or contract administration.
• Experience using SAP Ariba is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process from requirement clarification to contract administration.
• Prepare evaluation reports, price assessments, and procurement documentation.
• Administer awarded contracts including variations, extensions, and closure.
• Maintain procurement records within the system.
• Engage stakeholders to provide guidance and ensure timelines.
