Job summary

Nusantara Prime Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement processes in a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes source-to-pay, supplier onboarding, risk assessment, contract administration, and vendor management with SAP Ariba expertise. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in procurement, a relevant degree, strong Excel skills, and a track record of cost savings and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field.
• 2–3 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Pharmaceutical/biotech/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Hands-on SAP Ariba experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of S2P, P2P, and supplier risk management.
• CIPS/CPSM/CPM certifications are an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from source-to-pay.
• Create and process PRs and POs accurately using SAP Ariba.
• Monitor PR and PO approvals and ensure timely processing.
• Track procurement activities for compliance with policies.
• Support contract creation, renewal tracking, and documentation management.
• Drive cost savings and value improvement initiatives.
• Vendor onboarding and master data setup in procurement systems.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Quality, Compliance and other functions.
• Conduct vendor due diligence and risk assessments.
• Support internal and external audit requirements related to procurement activities.
