Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to oversee day-to-day operational purchasing for indirect goods, services and CAPEX in Singapore. You will review PRs, manage POs and coordinate supplier communications to ensure timely and compliant purchasing.

You will drive competitive bidding, support supplier negotiations, and promote SAP Ariba and e-catalogues to improve efficiency. A diploma or degree in a related field and ~5 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering or related discipline.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in operational purchasing.
• Strong hands-on experience in PR-to-PO processing and purchasing operations.
• Experience with SAP Ariba will be highly advantageous.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple purchasing requests and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operational purchasing activities for indirect goods, services and CAPEX requirements.
• Review and validate Purchase Requisitions (PRs), ensuring compliance with procurement policies and approval procedures.
• Conduct competitive bidding exercises, including 3-bid processes and RFx activities.
• Create, process and manage Purchase Orders (POs), including supplier confirmations, order tracking and delivery expediting.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information and transactional data in SAP.
• Support supplier discussions and negotiations for low-value purchases and contracts when required.
• Coordinate the resolution of supplier-related issues, including non-conforming goods, rejected deliveries and returns.
• Promote the use of SAP Ariba, e-catalogues and approved purchasing channels to improve purchasing efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely order processing and compliance with internal procurement procedures.
