The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical sciences and strong attention to detail. Mandarin proficiency is preferred for cross-border communication; you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support process improvements in a dynamic lab.

• Communicate sample receipt status and manage sample-related documentation.
• Maintain study records, laboratory documentation, and department logbooks.
• Manage reference materials and matrices inventory.
• Support after-hours sample receipt and environmental monitoring activities.
• Support project activities, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain a safe laboratory environment and provide training/support to junior staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant biomedical specialization from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant internship exposure in commercial/diagnostic/analytical laboratories.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (communicating with counterparts from China).
