Job summary

Labcorp in Singapore is seeking a Sample Information Coordinator to join our Bioanalytical team. You will manage sample data, tracking and reconciliation to ensure records are accurate in LIMS and ready for audits.

You will coordinate sample logging and receipt, liaise with study teams, and maintain study documentation and inventories. Relevant biomedical degree and hands-on sample management experience are required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Sample Information Coordinator

Labcorp is seeking a Sample Information Coordinator to join our Bioanalytical team in Singapore.

Job Summary

A Sample Information Coordinator is responsible for managing the sample data, tracking, and reconciliation processes that support clinical studies. This role ensures that sample information is accurately set up in laboratory systems (LIMS), verifies that sample records and documentation are consistent, resolves discrepancies, coordinates sample logging activities, and serves as a key liaison between study teams, laboratory operations, and clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, accession, track, label, store, ship, and dispose of clinical samples.
• Verify sample inventory accuracy and resolve or
• Communicate sample receipt status and manage sample-related documentation.
• Sample tracking, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordination of sample logging and receipt confirmation activities.
• Maintenance of study documentation and sample inventories.
• Training, leadership, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support for audits, inspections, and quality/compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant biomedical specialization from an accredited college or university.
• Direct sample management experience in commercial/diagnostic/analytical laboratories.
• Relevant working experience in central laboratory of the same capabilities will be highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant internship exposure in commercial/diagnostic/analytical laboratories.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (communicating with counterparts from China).
