Job summary

Labcorp in Singapore is seeking a Sample Information Coordinator to join our Bioanalytical team. You will manage sample data, tracking and reconciliation to ensure records are accurate in LIMS and ready for audits.

You will coordinate sample logging and receipt, liaise with study teams, and maintain study documentation and inventories. Relevant biomedical degree and hands-on sample management experience are required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant biomedical specialization.
• Direct sample management experience in commercial/diagnostic laboratories.
• Experience in central laboratory environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, accession, track, label, store, ship, and dispose of clinical samples.
• Verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate sample logging and receipt confirmation activities.
• Maintain study documentation and sample inventories.
• Support audits, inspections and GLP compliance.
