Job summary

Elegance Beauty & Wellness is seeking an experienced Operations & Service Excellence lead to orchestrate daily salon activities, uphold high cleanliness and safety standards, and address client inquiries with professionalism.

You will guide therapists and front-desk staff, manage rosters and commissions, and train teams in customer service and upselling while driving service bookings and product sales. Inventory and POS processes will be part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations for front-of-house and back-of-house
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service protocols
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and service escalations with professionalism
• Lead therapists, beauticians, and front-desk staff; manage rosters, commissions, and daily task assignments
• Train teams on customer service, upselling, and product knowledge
• Drive salon targets for service bookings, package renewals, and product sales
• Promote seasonal packages, cross-selling services, and marketing initiatives
• Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and optimize revenue
• Monitor stock levels of retail products, salon consumables, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure accurate POS entries, daily cash flow reconciliation, and reporting
