Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in a hair salon with supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Drive sales of salon services, packages and products.
• Monitor daily sales, appointments and outlet performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage staff schedules and daily work allocations.
• Coach and train staff on customer service, sales and salon procedures.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels of salon products and supplies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, staff performance and outlet operations.
