BHAVYAM INFOTECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to own the end-to-end Sales Cloud architecture for Tele-Sales, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.

The role covers CTI integrations, data migration, reporting, automation, and enterprise system connectivity, with leadership across Salesforce components. You will translate requirements into user stories and design reusable Lightning Web Components.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and tele-sales processes.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
Strong stakeholder management and documentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture for Tele-Sales initiatives.
Design and govern CTI integrations with telephony platforms and omnichannel features.
Provide architectural leadership across Salesforce components including data migration and reporting.
Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and solution documents.
Lead architecture reviews, governance, and deployment strategy following best practices.
