Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to define and own the end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture for Tele-Sales solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.

You will design and govern CTI integrations with telephony platforms, drive integration strategy across data migration, reporting, automation, and enterprise connectivity, and lead architecture reviews with stakeholders to enforce standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, CTI integrations, and data migration concepts.
• Leadership in architecture reviews, governance, and risk management.
