Argyll Scott is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design secure, scalable Salesforce and integrated digital platforms in Singapore. The role requires hands-on architecture leadership, guiding development teams, and governance across complex programs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to translate business goals into robust, enterprise-grade solutions, delivering end-to-end architecture and ensuring best practices across security and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with solution architecture exposure.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and platform design.
• Experience with API integrations and large-scale CRM implementations; strong stakeholder skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Lead technical design discussions translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design secure integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support in designing and delivering secure, scalable digital solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and agencies to architect enterprise-grade Salesforce and integrated digital platforms across systems.

This role requires strong hands-on Salesforce architecture expertise combined with the ability to lead technical design, guide development teams, and provide structured solution governance across complex digital transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce and integrated enterprise platforms
• Lead technical design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable architecture solutions
• Design secure integrations with external systems and platforms using APIs and middleware
• Provide architecture guidance across Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, OmniStudio, integrations, and platform scalability
• Drive best practices across security, governance, performance optimization, and reusable architecture patterns
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
• Review technical designs, code quality, and implementation approaches across delivery teams
• Support solution documentation, architecture governance, troubleshooting, and platform modernization initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong Solution Architecture exposure
• Deep expertise across Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and platform design
• Strong experience with API integrations, enterprise architecture patterns, and large-scale CRM implementations
• Ability to independently drive solutioning discussions and prioritize functional and technical requirements
