The role focuses on defining end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture, CTI integrations, data migration, APIs, governance, and collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and enterprise architects.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture.
• Design and govern CTI integrations, including click-to-dial, screen pop, call recording, omnichannel interactions, and agent desktop capabilities.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and alignment with business requirements.
• Lead Salesforce integrations, data migration, reporting, and automation.
• Design Salesforce APIs and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and enterprise architects.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, solution estimation, risk management, and deployment planning.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce architecture standards and best practices.
