Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance scalable solutions using Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, and SOQL. This role emphasizes GovTech-aligned outcomes and robust integration with GCC AWS.

You will configure OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures), design Salesforce Surveys with advanced logic, and collaborate with government stakeholders to meet public sector requirements under

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 4-5 years hands-on Salesforce platform experience (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL/REST/SOAP).
• 2+ years with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification is required; PSS preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce Survey design, scripting, analytics integration.
• Knowledge of SurveySG integration and government surveys preferred.
• Familiar with GovTech SHIP-HATS and GCC AWS.
• Strong documentation, GitLab, VS Code, Salesforce DX; analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Configure OmniStudio components to support complex workflows.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Surveys with advanced logic.
• Support integration with SurveySG, including data mapping and reporting.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure robust deployment processes using SHIP-HATS, GitLab, and Salesforce DX.
• Document designs and configuration guides for audits and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain platform stability under tight timelines.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and public sector standards.
