Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Develop and enhance system functionality through configurations and Apex/Visualforce customizations.
• Utilize Omnistudio components (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) to deliver scalable solutions.
• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, manage releases, and maintain system stability.
• Conduct technical analysis and contribute to design and configuration for system integrations and customizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement enhancements.
• Perform thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure reliability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members and stakeholders on Salesforce features and best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends, Salesforce updates, and best practices to continuously improve performance and team effectiveness.
