Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance scalable solutions using Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, and SOQL. This role emphasizes GovTech-aligned outcomes and robust integration with GCC AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 4-5 years hands-on Salesforce platform experience (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL/REST/SOAP).
• 2+ years with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification is required; PSS preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce Survey design, scripting, analytics integration.
• Knowledge of SurveySG integration and government surveys preferred.
• Familiar with GovTech SHIP-HATS and GCC AWS.
• Strong documentation, GitLab, VS Code, Salesforce DX; analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL, ensuring scalable and high-quality implementations.
Build, configure, and maintain OmniStudio components-including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures- to support complex business workflows.
Develop and maintain Salesforce Surveys with advanced logic, scripting, automation, and analytics integration to support public sector survey requirements.
Support integration efforts with SurveySG, including API configurations, data mapping, pipeline setup, and ensuring reporting accuracy and alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify use cases, and deliver user-centric Salesforce solutions.
Ensure high-quality deployment processes using SHIP-HATS (DevOps), GitLab, Salesforce DX, and version control best practices.
Work closely with GCC (AWS) environments to support integrations, security requirements, and middleware dependencies.
Prepare clear technical documentation, solution designs, and configuration guides to support ongoing maintenance and audits.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, ensuring platform stability and performance under tight timelines.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, OmniStudio enhancements, and public sector solution standards to continuously improve the system landscape.

Job Requirement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
4-5 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL/REST/SOAP APls.
2+ years' proven experience with OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and integration procedures.
Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification is required; experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is preferred.
Proven expertise in Salesforce Survey design, scripting, and system maintenance, including complex survey logic and analytics integration.
Strong understanding of SurveySG integration (APls, data pipelines, reporting alignment) and prior experience with government surveys or national-levelpublic sector survey projects is preferred.
Familiarity with GovTech's SHIP-HATS (DevOps) for development and deployment. Experience with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) AWS for Salesforce integration.
Meticulous documentation and solution design skills; familiar with Gitlab, VS Code, Salesforce DX.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and under tight deadlines.
