Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in development and configuration to design, build, test and support Salesforce applications ensuring stability and performance. The role emphasizes Omni Studio usage and integration, with exposure to Industry solutions.

You will collaborate with business users and technical teams, perform testing and troubleshooting, and stay current with Salesforce updates to drive continuous improvement across systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Omni Studio, including Omni scripts, Integration Procedures and Data Raptors, is highly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Industries / Public Sector Solutions (PSS) will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of packaged application development, application integration and software platforms is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to develop practical and efficient solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned deliverables and contribute to technical decisions.
• Must hold at least one of the following Salesforce certifications, or an equivalent advanced-level certification.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and configuration. Experience with Salesforce Industries, particularly Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and Omni Studio, will be an advantage.
