Job summary

BASE CAMP DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, integrate, and enhance Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Service Cloud.

You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce implementations. The role covers development with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and integrations using REST/SOAP. You will also participate in data migration, security configuration, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce Developer with substantial Service Cloud experience.
• Certification or equivalent practical experience in Salesforce.
• Strong development skills in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flows.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware.
• Solid data migration knowledge using Data Loader or ETL tools.
• Good understanding of Salesforce administration and security configuration.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution design, or client talks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flows.
• Support and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Perform data migration, transformation, and validation with Data Loader/ETL tools.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce security, profiles, and sharing rules.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business needs.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide solution consulting and pre-sales support as needed.
• Follow CI/CD, automated testing, and documentation best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing enhancements.
