Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, integrate, and enhance Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Service Cloud on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce implementations.

You will develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, support Service Cloud, and design integrations

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce Developer with strong Service Cloud experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification or equivalent.
• Strong Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flows development.
• Proven Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Data migration knowledge using Data Loader and/or ETL tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce admin and security configuration.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with pre-sales, solution design is desirable.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and best practices.

Job Description

We are seeking for a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, integrate, and enhance Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Service Cloud on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Support and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Perform data migration, transformation, and validation using tools such as Data Loader and ETL platforms.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and operational requirements.
• Collaborate directly with clients, business users, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide solution consulting and pre-sales support, including technical discussions, solution design, and client presentations where required.
• Follow Salesforce engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, observability, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with substantial experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Strong understanding of data migration processes and tools, including Data Loader and/or ETL tools.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce administration and security configuration.
• Experience developing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with clients and business users.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical solution design is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, observability, documentation, and engineering best practices for large-scale Salesforce implementations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and OmniScript.
• Experience working on large-scale or enterprise Salesforce transformation projects.
• Additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools.
