Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Salesforce Competency Lead / Delivery Lead to steer the delivery of Salesforce CRM initiatives across the APAC region. You will act as the technical authority, shape high-quality solutions, and grow internal Salesforce capabilities across multiple industries.

Qualifications

Salesforce certifications required or preferred.
Minimum 8+ years delivering Salesforce CRM implementations.
Delivery leadership experience on complex Salesforce programs.
Experience with Sales/Service/Experience Cloud projects.
Expertise with core Salesforce capabilities: Lightning, Flow, Apex, LWC.
Knowledge of data models, security and governance.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g. MuleSoft).
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs and client satisfaction.
Lead solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Guide architectural decisions for data, security, and integrations.
Engage stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Drive CRM transformation, omni-channel, and agent workspace initiatives.
Monitor delivery health with governance, risks, and issue escalation.
Mentor Salesforce developers, consultants, and architects.
