Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications and Salesforce Program Lead to oversee the Salesforce-centric Enterprise Applications platform within IMDA's transformation initiatives. You will align business goals with technical solutions, lead architecture design, and drive scalable, secure deployments across the organisation.

You will work with senior stakeholders, mentor CRM teams, and ensure successful adoption of new features and platforms in a dynamic public-sector

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business Admin or related field.
• 10+ years of Salesforce administration, architecture and program leadership.
• Proven track record designing and managing complex Salesforce architectures.
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning).
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive successful implementation of Enterprise Applications platform, especially Salesforce.
• Align Salesforce initiatives with business objectives and manage program lifecycle.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement of Salesforce implementations.
• Design scalable architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
