Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs to meet INCOME sales force needs using different methodologies.
• Create competency assessment tools for competency-based learning.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and impact on performance.
• Ensure training materials comply with company/industry requirements through regular reviews.
• Develop ad-hoc training and E-Learning modules to support business goals.
• Manage training across all levels of distribution including inductions and sales/soft skills.
• Build rapport with stakeholders to communicate standards and facilitate transfer of learning to work.
