Job summary

Rolls-Royce offers an internship in the Direct Sales Power Generation team in Singapore. You will support tender preparation, conduct market research, and work on strategic projects to improve sales processes, collaborating with supporting functions.

The program runs January to May/June 2027 and involves meaningful work from day one. You will develop skills through real projects with senior colleagues, gain exposure to global operations, and contribute to regional opportunities across the APAC

Qualifications

• University students studying Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a combination of technical and economic disciplines.
• Knowledgeable or background in sales is a plus.
• An interest in technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support tender preparation process for key accounts.
• Contribute to market research and strategic projects.
• Help improve and enhance sales processes and collaboration with supporting functions.
• Create commercial and technical specification templates for the Project System Business.
• Conduct market research: analyze articles and literature, identify market trends, and propose positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries and partners to address country-specific requirements.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks.
