Qualifications

• University students pursuing a degree in business, engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical ability with the capacity to translate findings into clear insights.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Curious, proactive and willing to learn with an interest in strategy or partner management.

Responsibilities

• Route-to-Market & Market Analysis: support research and analysis of markets to improve route-to-market strategies and partner coverage.
• Partner Performance & Optimisation: collect, analyse and visualise partner performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner Management Support: assist in preparing partner reviews, business meetings and presentations, including data gathering.
• Partner Development: support business planning, performance improvement initiatives and follow-up on development actions.
• Strategic Projects: assist regional/global strategic projects related to partner development.
