Job summary

Rolls-Royce is offering a summer internship in its Network and Distribution team in Singapore. You will engage in market research, analyse partner performance, and evaluate opportunities across the APAC region to support commercial operations in a global engineering company.

The role provides hands-on experience with international market dynamics, distribution strategies, and cross-border collaboration, with responsibilities from day one and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• University students in the Business or Engineering field.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and capable of accurate work with minimal supervision.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and appreciates teamwork.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in the Tukang (Jurong) office.

Responsibilities

• Updating market information for countries within the APAC region.
• Supporting market analysis and evaluating of business potential.
• Supporting the monitoring and enhancement of partner performance.
• Providing support for a range of ongoing projects and tasks as assigned.
