Qualifications

• O Level or Diploma in Business or equivalent is required.
• Min 3–5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP MM and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/pivot tables) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales support groups and ensure processes are executed correctly in a timely manner.
• Attend to quotations, correspondences, SOPs, and sales inquiries by phone or counter.
• Update GRN to Purchase Order and submit to Finance for payment.
• Create Purchase Orders for stock ordering and inter-department requisitions.
• Generate reports for purchases, sales, stock, vessels and sales incentives.
• Provide rebates to Finance Department and submit monthly sales reports to Principal.
• Authorize Purchase Orders and related forms when Manager is unavailable.
• Liaise with principal regarding order status, delivery, claims, etc.
• Maintain Sales & Purchasing prices and discounts in Parts Master file.
