Job summary

ATOMRECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales support professional to prepare quotations and manage orders from distributors and EPC projects across ASEAN.

You will liaise with customers to clarify items and work with affiliates on inquiries, ensuring accurate ERP entry and KPI-driven service improvements. The role requires a degree or diploma in engineering and at least 3 years in sales support with quotations, costing, and order management.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or polytechnic required or added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years in sales support or front customer roles with quotations/costing and order management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and manage orders from distributors/customers and EPC projects for ASEAN.
• Act as inside contact to clarify items on quotations and orders.
• Coordinate with affiliates on enquiries, technical and orders management.
• Ensure all information from quotation to work process is entered into ERP.
• Use KPIs to measure and improve customer service effectiveness.
• Provide technical product solutions to customer enquiries.
• Handle export shipments and documentation.
• Perform other related duties as required.
