Job summary

ATOMRECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Woodlands, Singapore, seeks a Sales Support specialist to prepare quotations, manage distributor and customer orders, and coordinate EPC projects across ASEAN.

You will liaise with customers, verify quotation details, input data into ERP, support exports and shipments, and contribute to KPI-driven customer service improvements; requirement: degree in engineering and 3+ years' relevant experience.

Qualifications

• University Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in engineering fields preferred.
• At least 3 years in sales support or front customer roles with quotations and ordering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and manage orders from distributors/customers and EPC projects for ASEAN.
• Act as inside liaison to clarify items on quotations and orders.
• Coordinate with affiliates on enquiries, technical issues and orders.
• Ensure accurate data entry from quotation to work process in ERP.
• Monitor KPIs to improve customer service effectiveness.
• Provide technical product solutions and support export shipments and documentation.
• Handle other related duties as required.
