Job summary

AtomRecruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Sales Support professional to prepare quotations, manage orders from distributors and EPC projects in ASEAN regions.

You will serve as the inside contact for customers and work closely with affiliates on inquiries, technical support and orders. The role requires at least 3 years in sales support, with quotations and order management experience, and a background in engineering is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales support or front customer roles with quotations/costing and order management.
• Engineering background is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of shipping terms and freight forwarding is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and manage orders from distributors/customers and EPC projects for ASEAN markets.
• Liaise with internal and external customers to clarify quotation and order details.
• Coordinate with affiliates on inquiries, technical support and orders management.
• Ensure accurate data entry from quotation through work process in the ERP system.
• Use KPIs to measure and improve customer service effectiveness.

Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of Quotations and Managing orders from distributors/customers, EPC projects for Asean countries.
• Acts as inside contact and liaison for internal and external customers to clarify questionable items on quotations and orders.
• Works with company affiliates on enquiries, technical and orders management.
• Ensuring all information from quotation to work process to be entered correctly into ERP system
• Utilizes various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities on continuous customer service effectiveness.
• Provide technical product solutions to customer enquiries
• Handle export shipments and documentation.
• Other related duties as may be required from time to time

Requirements

• University Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in any Engineering field is added advantage
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales support or front customer roles with Quotations/costing experience and order management.

• General knowledge on shipping terms and conditions and/or freight forwarding experience will be an added advantage
