Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks an experienced order management professional to drive end-to-end sales order processing, billing, and customer master data management across Southeast Asia.

You will act as the primary contact for external clients and distributors, resolve delivery discrepancies, and coordinate outbound shipments with regional teams and Shanghai HQ. Proficiency in SAP and Mandarin is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service, sales ops, or order management in a multinational environment.
• Hands-on SAP order management and cross-border coordination across ASEAN/Greater China.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with China authorities and Shanghai team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing, billing, and customer master data in SAP to ensure timely fulfilment across regional markets.
• Act as primary contact for external clients and distributors to handle inquiries, process claims, and resolve delivery issues.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, track regional logistics, and prepare trade documents (e.g., Form E / Form D, invoices, credit/debit notes).
• Liaise between local sales leadership and Shanghai HQ to align marketing, track sales, and coordinate local events.

Drive end-to-end sales order processing, customer claims resolution, and regional trade execution across Southeast Asia while collaborating closely with regional sales and Shanghai supply chain teams.

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing, billing execution, and customer master data in SAP to ensure timely order fulfilment across regional markets.
• Act as the primary contact for external commercial clients and distributors to manage inquiries, process customer claims, and resolve delivery discrepancies or documentation issues.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, track regional logistics performance, and prepare key trade/shipping documentation (e.g., Form E / Form D, commercial invoices, credit/debit notes).
• Liaise between local sales leadership and the regional headquarters team in Shanghai to align marketing initiatives, track sales performance, and coordinate local events.

Skills and Experience Required

• 5+ years of customer service, sales operations, or order management experience within an MNC environment.
• Hands-on proficiency in SAP order management processes and a strong track record of cross-border coordination across ASEAN/Greater China markets.
• Proficiency in written and spoken mandarin to liaise with China custom authorities and internal Shanghai team.
