Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Data Analytics Support Specialist for Global Commercial Banking in Singapore. You will enable data-driven growth by partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement changes that add real value.

You will distill complex data into actionable insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to marketing analytics, campaign design, and BI reporting across the Corporate Banking division.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a data analytics role.
• Understanding of banking and corporate banking services is preferred.
• Exposure to database, analytical marketing or campaign management functions.
• Experience with ML, statistical modelling and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of marketing analytics to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct data discovery to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and event triggers.
• Develop and manage predictive models and reporting metrics.
• Collaborate with product and segment managers to align analytics with goals.
• Work with Data Engineering to define data pipelines for BI needs.
• Partner with Data Scientists on predictive/recommendation engines.
• Create BI reports using QlikView, Power BI, or Tableau.
