Job summary

Vorge Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting our cabinetry and wall panel business through sales coordination, order processing and project administration.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers, internal departments and customers to ensure timely delivery and accurate records, while maintaining a proactive, independent and team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior design, renovation, cabinetry or related industries preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, purchasing, procurement or logistics handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process from order confirmation through to delivery and installation.
• Handle purchasing aspects, including purchase requisitions and supplier orders.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability, production and delivery schedules.

Requirements:
