Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Support Executive for a client in Penjuru, Singapore. The role involves managing customer orders, forecasts and coordinating with factories, suppliers and internal teams across ASEAN and Japan.

Working days are Monday to Friday, with hours 8:30 AM to 5:10 PM. Salary up to SGD 3,500 basic plus AWS and performance bonus, with 10–18 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualifications required, preferably in engineering.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Willing to travel when required, minimal travelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer purchase orders, forecasts, and order processing for ASEAN and Japan offices
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on order updates and daily enquiries
• Monitor monthly customer forecasts and support order planning
• Submit enquiries to Japan office and factory partners, and raise purchase requisitions
• Follow up with factories on lead times and confirm sales acknowledgements with customers
• Liaise with Shipping Department on incoming shipments, urgent cargo, and OEM invoicing
• Support other administrative and coordination duties as assigned
