MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Support Executive to handle overseas customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate orders and shipments.

You will source products, issue sales orders upon confirmation, and liaise with suppliers and forwarders to ensure timely delivery. • Coordinate artwork and outer carton markings for customer approval.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and provide approved documents for production.
• Liaise with forwarders to arrange bookings and shipments.
• Prepare and deliver shipping documents to overseas customers.
• Follow up after sales, maintaining proactive communication and ownership of customer satisfaction.

Sales Support Executive

Salary Range: SGD 2,400 – $2600/month (depending on experience)

Location: Toh Guan Road

Work Details: Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm.
