Job summary

ACCLAIM SYSTEMS (ASIA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Support Engineer to bridge technical expertise and sales strategy by assisting the sales team in designing solutions, preparing proposals, and addressing client requirements.

You will ensure seamless communication between customers, sales, and engineering teams to drive successful deal closures and customer satisfaction, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Technology or Building Services Technology (Mechanical / Electrical) is required.
• Fresh graduate may apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Training will be provided.
• Candidate with experience in construction industry - Fire protection will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored fire protection solutions (alarms, sprinklers, suppression systems).
• Develop technical proposals, cost estimates, and system specifications for bids/RFPs.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, answering questions about system design, compliance, and integration.
• Liaise with project management/technical teams to validate feasibility of proposed systems.
• Maintain CRM with accurate sales pipeline data, customer interactions, and project updates.
• Support post-sale handoff to project management/technical teams for smooth implementation.
• Travel to client sites for meetings, surveys, or presentations when required.

Education
