Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to identify needs, developing technical proposals and cost estimates, providing pre-sales support on system design and compliance, and coordinating with project management for feasibility

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical Technology or Building Services Technology (Mechanical / Electrical).
Basic Computer Knowledge.
Training will be provided.
Experience in construction industry - Fire protection will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored fire protection solutions (alarms, sprinklers, suppression systems).
Develop technical proposals, cost estimates, and system specifications for bids/RFPs.
Provide pre-sales technical support, answering questions about system design, compliance, and integration.
Liaise with project management/technical teams to validate feasibility of proposed systems.
Maintain CRM with accurate sales pipeline data, customer interactions, and project updates.
Support post-sale handoff to project management/technical teams for smooth implementation.
Travel to client sites for meetings, surveys, or presentations when required.
