Job summary

TRACTORS SINGAPORE LIMITED is seeking a service sales support professional based in Singapore to manage contracts, registrations and expiry monitoring. The role involves liaising with managers, service and sales teams, and generating quotations and job summaries for customer requests.

You will also perform site or workshop CTS inspections when required, maintain CRM data, and coordinate with marketing to ensure sales campaigns are aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Process sales contracts, registrations and monitor expiry; generate reports.
• Liaise with department managers, service team and sales personnel.
• Generate proposals, service quotations and job summaries.
• Perform machine CTS inspection on site or in workshop when required.
• Manage service sales tracking lead times and coordinate with service team for timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM tools and data population.
• Provide product information, explain features, parts information and benefits.
• Configure machine/engine build-up options and create quotes (SOC).
• Coordinate with marketing specialists to align sales with campaigns.

Responsibilities and Scope:

• -Processing sales contracts, registration, monitoring expiry and generate reports.
• -Liaise with the departments’ managers / service team / sales personal.
• -Generating proposals service quotation and job summary.
• -To perform machine CTS inspection on site /workshop if require.
• -Managing service sales tracking lead time and coordinating with service team to ensure timely delivery / completion.
• -Data Management & Reporting: Maintaining accurate customer data in CRM tools or population updating.
• -Providing product information: sales support specialist provides product information, explaining features, Parts information and benefits.
• -To perform machine / engine build up configuration option listing quote. (Cat Service OptionCollaborator) SOC.
• -Product specialist to be train.
• -Arrange for the opening of work order to execute jobs request if requires.
• -Coordinating marketing campaigns specialists also coordinate marketing campaigns with the marketing team, ensuring that sales efforts align with marketing goals.
