Responsibilities

• Provide sales reps with administrative support to help achieve monthly targets.
• Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
• Provide accurate information using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service targets and call quotas.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take extra steps to delight customers.
