Job summary

JK Technology in Singapore seeks a Sales Operations professional to support daily sales activities, handle quotations, POs, DOs, SOs and invoices, and respond to customer inquiries via calls and emails.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure smooth processes, assist tender reporting, and participate in product trainings to stay up-to-date with the latest technology.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent at building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel.
